3 MOS store managers received President Tsai Ing-wen's commendation at the Presidential Palace on 11th January. The Taiwan Chain and Franchise Association (TCFA) hosted the 2020 National Outstanding Store Manager Selection, and MOS Burger d nominated 6 excellent store managers, of which 3 of them stood out and won the National Outstanding Store Managers Award. MOS Burger's National Outstanding Store Manager List: Li Ping-Chun (Store Manager of Xizhi Taiwu Store), Xu Qiong-Wen (Store Manager of Taichung Station Transfer Station), and Tsai Jia-Hong (Store Manager of Kaohsiung Ziyou Store). We are dedicated in cultivating the store managers as providing hospitable and caring service has always been the corporate spirit of MOS Burger.
Cultivating and training talents is the key to MOS Burger’s continuous growth. In 2021, 226 store managers from well-known companies have passed the qualification review of TCFA National Outstanding Store Manager Award, including 157 excellent store managers who challenged the 23rd Chain Industry Oscar Award-National Outstanding Store Manager. In the catering service category, 8 national outstanding store managers were selected among 40 contestants, and the winners included 3 excellent store managers from MOS Burger.
MOS Burger internally held preliminary selection to 287 MOS store managers across Taiwan through reports, operation management assessment, oral examination, and etc. Then, the store managers were required to pass the hygiene management assessment, public welfare service, mystery shopping evaluation, creative management, and other tests which lasted for about half year. We finally selected 6 excellent TCFA store managers, and 3 of them won the National Outstanding Store Managers. In addition, store manager Tsai Jia-Hong won the Merit Award and Best Innovation Award for at the same time, which was a historical success for MOS Burger.
