Food Safety Management  

To ensure food safety, An-Shin formed a "Food Safety Task Force" with a total of 27 members from different fields with sufficient knowledge and experience in food safety management, and some of them came from the Quality Assurance Department . We passed the ISO 22000 reassessment on April 9, 2020 to ensure the continuous improvement and effective implementation of the food safety management system. The purpose of Songjiang Store to obtain the ISO 22000 & HACCP certification is to become a demonstration store for implementing ISO 22000 food safety management system. In 2020, the revenue of Songjiang Store comprised 0.57% of the net revenue of the company's standalone financial statement.

Meanwhile, the other stores took Songjiang Store as role model by following the ISO 22000 and HACCP in food safety and quality management. With the growing store number, the proportion of revenue from demonstration stores with ISO 22000 decreased year by year, but it does not bring the ISO 22000 and HACCP management into effect. In 2020, 33 SOPs and forms were amended and the certificates were renewed on June 13, 2020. An-Shin guarantees food safety by taking various preventive measures. We identified 52 internal and external environmental issues and conducted risk assessments. 2 issues which were identified as relatively serious were listed as the topics of 2020 food safety action plan and the improvement progress was being tracked continuously.
