Head lettuce is one of the commonly used vegetables in our products. For instant, it is widely used in our breakfast and salad.  Head lettuce tastes crisp and mild, which perfectly combines with the soft burger buns.

Leaf lettuce is commonly used in our rice burgers and salad.  It has a more loose and smoother texture compared to head lettuce. The elongated and loosely gathered leaves are one of its outstanding physical characteristics.

We use cabbage in our products. The whole cabbages are purchased from our reliable suppliers and shredded manually by the staffs to ensure its freshness. Cabbage has a crisp and sweet taste. It is rich in vitamins and fiber and widely favored.
