Business Plans

An-Shin offers safe, healthy, and delicious food and we are dedicated to quality customer experience within areas of service, product and environment. In our sustainable business strategy, we think globally and act locally to cope with economic, social and environmental challenges. For example, An-Shin refined the strategy of 2020 as "3Q Innovation × Smart Technology × Customer Experience" on 26 August, 2019. Through the 3Q (Service Quality, Product Quality, Environment Quality), we strive to improve customer experience, which will distinguish us further from competitors. We also joined new projects and planned sustainable strategies to generate greater shareholder value. On the other hand, we operate locally and accelerate the product development in China market to meet the locals’ need; while in Australia market, we keep reworking on products which can meet the local tastes, hire and train the local employees to strengthen the local operations.
