An Shin Food Services Co., Ltd., (MOS Burger) was highly and internationally recognized as we won the 6th "Asia Sustainability Reporting Award" (ASRA) on 19th May, 2021. An-Shin was shortlisted for 8 awards and eventually won 4 awards, which were An Shin Food Services Co., Ltd. (Gold Award), Asia's Best Diversity Reporting (Silver Award), Asia's Best Supply Chain Reporting (Silver Award), and Asia's Best Workplace Reporting (Bronze Award).
The "Asia Sustainability Reporting Award" has been organized by CSR Works International in Singapore since 2015. It is recognized as one of the most important sustainability report awards in Asia. There were companies from various Asian countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam to compete the 6th "Asia Sustainability Report Award". An-Shin passed through 494 entries and was stood out from 17 Asian countries by winning 4 awards in one night. We were the Taiwanese company with most shortlisted categories and awards.
The award ceremony was held in Singapore and it went online due to the pandemic. Our chairman, Chien-Yuan Lin attended the ceremony with other employees. Chairman Lin stated that An-Shin began to publish the English version of the sustainability report since 2019, and this was the first time we participated in the Asian Sustainability Report Award (ASRA). With the efforts of all employees, An-Shin won multiple international awards and earned recognition internationally. He also said that ASRA was a great chance for business leaders from 17 countries and experts in the field of sustainable development to exchange ideas and learn from each other, and ultimately work together towards sustainability.
An-Shin's business philosophy is "Contribution to Humanity, Contribution to Society". In order to elevate the dining experience, we integrate the "Food Traceability" with local ingredients and contract farms to establish a complete supply chain. In terms of corporate governance, environment, society (ESG) and other aspects, we strive to achieve the best in each aspect, uphold the spirit of mutual benefit society, and move towards sustainable development.
An-Shin has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Interior Construction since 2018 to promote environmental education in national parks, and constantly committed to low-carbon business strategies, which was corresponding to the spirit of MOS (Mountain, Ocean, Sun). We hope to effectively integrate sustainability, provide safe and healthy food to our customers, and together protect the earth.
