CSR Committee
An-Shin formed the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee in 2014 to develop better socially responsible practices and at least 2 meetings will be convened a year. In 2020, 3 CSR Committee meetings were held with an average of 100% attendance rate and 12 proposals related to the CSR were discussed (including reports, discussion, and extempore motions). On June 3 2020, Director Gong was elected as the head of the committee, while Liu, Wei-Chi, Huang Mao-Hsiung, Takifuka Jun and Maehara Hironobu as committee members.
The head of committee is responsible for monitoring the CSR performance, preside over and decide on related proposals, then assign the CSR Task Force to formulate and execute the annual CSR strategic plan which needs to be submitted periodical reports to the BOD. Besides, the third revision of the "Code of Practice for Corporate Social Responsibility" was carried out and approved by the board on August 6, 2020.

An-Shin Sustainability Vision
An-Shin introduced the "3Q Innovation Plan" (Service Quality, Product Quality, Environment Quality) in 2017 to enhance our service quality. To achieve outstanding sustainable business practice, we constantly reviewed our sustainable strategy and refined it alongside our business strategy and prospects. The core idea of business strategy in 2020 was "3Q Innovations × Smart Technology × Unique Experience", and we focused on 16 SDGs out of 17 as our future direction of sustainable development.
